Parents

Student housing has come a long way! Navigating the new world of student housing in Atlanta can seem confusing, but we are here to help. We serve GSU and HBCU students. From our individual lease agreements to our unit and amenities offered, you will find peace of mind leasing your student apartment from Reflection student apartments.

The world of student housing is nothing like it used to be. We strive to create a comfortable home and community for our residents and invite you to develop a personal relationship with our property management team and staff. In these fast-changing times, universities have reduced occupancy, and student housing has become more competitive than ever. We encourage parents to fully understand off-campus living as the cost of off-campus living is often the same or similar to on-campus housing but with a far more enhanced quality of life for the student.

ON-SITE PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Professional staff matters, and it makes a difference! Many student properties close to GSU are now offering discounts to compensate for a deficiency in management. If you are experiencing delayed maintenance requests, an unclean property, or constantly changing staff… don’t be taken by discounts!

REFLECTION© is staffed and managed by Alpha Management Partners – A full-time professional management and maintenance team focusing specifically on the student lifestyle. Alpha Management strives to create a home-like community, building relationships with each resident. During office hours, students can stop by with any questions or concerns! After office hours, our on-site community Assistants are readily available 24/7 for emergency assistance.

INDIVIDUAL LEASING

We can find a solution to almost any accommodation request. We can help you find a roommate that is a perfect fit for you.

Whether you’re moving with roommates or joining us on your own, all leases are individual. REFLECTION©’‘S individual lease program will let you room with people you choose without being on the same lease agreement. The great thing about personal leases is that you are only responsible for your monthly rent and utilities. If an individual breaks their lease, no other roommates are affected. And if a roommate moves out, you aren’t responsible for the damage they may have caused to their apartment area. Contact our leasing office for more details.

ROOMMATE MATCHING

When it comes to finding a roommate, we’ve got you.

Our one, two, three, and four bedroom apartment options offer you the flexibility to live on your own or with friends.

Sometimes best friends don’t make the best roommates. We use proprietary software and in-person interviews to drill down into personal habits, lifestyle preferences, living environment, and academic areas of interest that help improve the likelihood of roommate matching success and impact student resident happiness. Some sample questions:

  • What room temperature do you prefer?
  • Do you make a lot of noise?
  • How often do you plan to have guests?
  • When do you go to sleep & wake up?
  • How clean do you prefer your space?
